Here is a list of what our Period Underwear is made up of:
  • Body: 95% Cotton + 5% Spandex
  • Top Layer: 95% Cotton + 5% Spandex
  • Middle Layer: 80% Polyester + 20% Polyamid
  • Bottom Layer: 100% Polyester.
Your skin is only in direct contact with the Body and the Top Layer

By making those mostly of cotton we make sure to provide comfort and safety for everyone, not leaving out people who have sensitive skin.

Shipping - Delivery

We ship our packages with USPS First Class, from Florida. 

There is usually 1 day for processing (some hours sometimes) during the week. The delivery time is then usually between 2 and 5 Business days after shipping (starting the next business day), depending on your location.
The tracking reference will be emailed to you when the product will be shipped. 

 

Return

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your products need to be received back by us no more than 75 days after you've received them (15 days after the end of the return window). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. 

However, we understand that you need to test it first, so we also refund your first used period underwear, with the following conditions:

- A Single Period Underwear Purchased:
If you have bought your first starter period underwear, and you're not convinced it has changed your periods, contact us at client@chloeandmoona.com. Let us know and we will refund you.

- Pack of Multiple Period Underwear:
The first period underwear is refunded. If you have purchased a pack of multiple period underwear, and you're not convinced it has changed your periods, contact us at client@chloeandmoona.com. Let us know and we will refund you  the FIRST used underwear. Return to us the other unused underwear to get refunded. 


Important: Refunds are limited to the first purchase, with the same shipping/billing address. Shipping Fees are not refundable.
